- Construction of the National Water Company's administrative building in accordance with the approved engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Execution and completion of site development works surrounding the building.
- Execution of architectural, structural, and interior and exterior finishing works, as specified in the contract scope.
- Implementation of landscaping works, sidewalks, and pedestrian pathways.
- Installation of external utility networks and infrastructure services connected to the building, in accordance with the approved drawings.
- Completion of all final works and preparation of the building and surrounding site for handover.
