A multisector Saudi company with a complete set of capabilities and experience in contracting and construction, factories, roads and equipment, trading, import and export, and real estate.
The company’s experience runs across a wide variety of infrastructure and development projects, including roads and bridges, housing, utilities and civil works, as well as projects that call for operating and execution capabilities on a large scale.
The company’s strength comes from the way its resources and sectors work together. It has highly experienced engineering and execution teams, and it also owns production factories, transport and a fleet of equipment. Together, these support the needs of major projects with efficiency and a high level of operating flexibility.
Al Masar Al Hadith has more than 1,500 employees made up of outstanding technical and administrative staff. It also owns a fleet of more than 600 heavy and light pieces of equipment, which strengthens its ability to support and deliver projects of every kind, in the shortest time and at the highest quality.

Our Story
Al-Masar Al-Hadith Company Limited (MHCLD) began its journey with a vision to establish a Saudi entity specialized in the highly efficient execution of contracting and infrastructure projects
As its business expanded, the company evolved into an integrated ecosystem encompassing production and manufacturing, transportation and heavy equipment, trading, and real estate. This growth is supported by a fleet of machinery and vehicles, manufacturing plants and crushing facilities, and a team of specialized engineering, technical, and administrative professionals
The company has executed diverse projects across the Kingdom—including housing, roads and bridges, infrastructure, water and sewage networks, utilities, and specialized construction projects—for government and semi-government entities
In 2019, the company was recognized as the “Best Contractor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” by the National Housing Company, according to its corporate profile
Al-Masar Al-Hadith continues to enhance its capabilities and business integration, ensuring its readiness to execute major infrastructure and urban development projects within the Kingdom

Eng. Mohsen Mohammed Saleh Al-Saqour serves as the CEO of Al-Masar Al-Hadith Company Ltd. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from King Abdulaziz University) Class of 1995)
He possesses extensive professional experience in the roads, transportation, and infrastructure sectors, having held various positions related to road management and project supervision
He is also an active member of several professional bodies and associations related to engineering and investment, which reinforces the company’s technical and managerial vision
Zajour Mohammed Saleh Al-Saqour
He serves as the Assistant CEO for Financial and Administrative Affairs and as Managing Director
He holds an academic background in management and marketing, complemented by diverse experience in the banking and credit management sectors prior to joining the company’s executive team
His financial and administrative expertise strengthens the company’s governance framework, resource management, and financial operations
